Dig your own grave ? well ostensibly that's what three people have done in a Chicago Cemetery. Three grave diggers have been charged with dismembering a body on Thursday morning. Along with those three grave diggers was the manager of the cemetery, who was also taken into custody by police. The four criminals were arrested on Wednesday after police had raided the Burr Oak cemetery. According to the Chicago Sun Times the four were involved in a scheme to dig up the bodies so they could resell the empty plots in the Alsip cemetery , and pocket the proceeds. There are reports that several hundred bodies had been violated. Not one or two bodies but several hundred! If this is not an outrage to the people of Chicago let alone the people of the world I don't know what is! "All of us who were working on this for the last week were pretty distraught," Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart said. "You start with the premise of your own loved ones and how they are cared for after they are buried, but there is also a true significance to this particular cemetery." Relatives of those who were buried in Burr Oak came on Thursday to find that there family graves were still intact. The bail set for Carolyn towns the manager of the cemetery was set to about $250,000 , as for Keith , Terrence Nicks and Maurice Daily there bail was set for $200,000. To me that's not enough , If you not only rob the graves of the dead but also dismember them! you should be remanded until your trial begins. I don't know who this judge was that places a $200,000 bail , that is just nonsensical. Let me just get into what these criminals did, bodies were dug up while some were just stacked in one grave. They took the bodies and just dumped them outside the 150 acre property as if they were trash. I cannot imagine what the families are going through. Knowing that you just buried your love one , and to get informed that there not only been robbed from their grave but to also learn they were dismembered it is sick. I hope these evildoers get what they deserve life in prison. What they did was out of this world and just plain evil.
